Superior and Major runes are bad, if used only to get a few points of damage. If you use them to reach a breakpoint, and that breakpoint is worth -35 to -75hp, then it's a different ballgame.

PS- This statement does NOT mean you should run 4 attributes and deck yourself out on Major/Superior runes to reach your breakpoints and max a secondary attribute for leet pwnage... if you wanna run that many Majors or Sups, go farm with a 55.

Only problem is the fast attacking but dont like the movement speed when moving to next target. other suggestions

I was also thinking of a hero to control for my benifit, but what build do I make.
probably 2 heroes.

1st Hero wil remove conditions, enchantments and heal etc..
2nd Hero will provide me WARRIOR more damage output, or damage backfire.
3rd can be optional you guys can suggest.

AoE = Hammer, Axes. Swords are nice for AoE, but the aforementioned weapons are far better.

Heroes builds - a lot of them in Heroes section. Don't be lazy.

Not really...[hundred blades] can do amazing AoE damage now but you will have to lose some pve goodies.

Axes are too slow when you start going with their aoe attacks making them inferior to other alternatives, youre much better off using them to quickly spike down mobs with [eviscerate] or [cleave].

Hammers are really the best option for a war if youre going to do aoe damage but not as much because of high damage than almitey URF SHAKUUR!
AoE KD wins PvE...

I would say dont use axes to do aoe as a warrior slow+energy based...booo.

We were all new at some point. [Dragon Slash] + [For Great Justice] + [Whirlwind Attack].

Then get an Order Necro or Dervish, monk Smiter or Ritualist with [Splinter Weapon] and you have a superior AoE damage.

Ah, and axes and swords have the same speed. The only difference is that swords have 11-22 while axes have 6-28. So swords have better average damage.

Axes, while have better max damage, can also hit for less with their weakest attack.

That's why you should have 2 wars - one sword or axe for AoE and one hammer for AoE KD.
